Pinnacle

As I was standing in two feet of water wedged in between the rocks, I was thinking about the pyramid shaped rock at the top of the frame. By obscuring the top of the waterfall it was creating this sort of mystery and intrigue. It was at the top of the chain of falls and water seemed to be emerging from this pinnacle. Aside from the rushing water, everything else was absolutely still. For a few minutes there was no motion in the air. I took a deep breath and stood as still as the scene before me. Everything centered on that striking rock.
