The Crossing

from $150.00

I’ve visited this spot several times and I always felt the lighting was not quite right. This time I decided to go early morning instead of at last light of day. What a difference! I finally got what I had envisioned. I will have to come here again as the leaves change and see what magic nature offers up.

But, I came here again for another reason. The last time I was here was the day my Father-In-Law passed away. I needed to take a walk and grieve alone and this peaceful river bank was where I chose to be. I knew I wanted to stand in the same spot and capture this scene in remembrance of him. This day, exactly one month later, I did.
